my stay in platja d'aro was amazing, but nm suites exceeded all expectations! the staff was lovely, the location was excellent, and the room was perfect. the huge bed, spacious bathroom, and balcony with flowers made it even better. i highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area just a short walk away from the bustling streets of this beautiful coastal town. The hotel provided excellent service, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always available. We were impressed with the spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a kitchen area and separate sleeping and sitting areas. The balcony and terrace were lovely spaces to relax and enjoy the sunshine. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The manager David and trainee Sophia were pleasant and helpful on our arrival. A small probelm with our shower head had us relocated immediately to another room without any problems. The breakfast was exceptional as well as the rooms and in particular the beds.Well done

probably the distance from the shopping centre. But if you have a wife who spends a lot of time shopping, this might be a good thing.

Breakfasts and pine trees!

During our recent stay, we enjoyed the breakfast which had a good selection of options including fruit, cereals, meats, eggs made to order. the hotel was located in a prime area with close proximity to the beach and shops. We also appreciated the quietness of the hotel at night.

The staff also weren't very engaged or interested in our stay, making our experience less enjoyable. the hotel needs improvement in terms of room maintenance as we encountered issues with the sink and shower drain being blocked.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and functionality of our room at Nm Suites. The separate sleeping and sitting areas allowed us to have our own personal spaces, and the small kitchenette was a nice added convenience. The pool area was also well-maintained and provided a beautiful setting for relaxation. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the beach and various shops and restaurants. we had a good experience at Nm Suites By Escampa Hotels and would recommend it to others.

The control for heating/air condition didn't seem to work properly. It was too hot in the room and it didn't stop to heat.
